Parents and carers of children recorded on their school’s data system as in receipt of income-related FSM will automatically receive an email and/or text including a link to their eligibility voucher.
The voucher will also include a unique 16 digit eligibility code and instructions to share this code with their HAF provider. The code is valid for Easter 2026 only
Eligible children can access a maximum of 4 HAF funded days over the winter holiday, this includes their lunch.
Although the food is free of charge to HAF eligible children, it is not compulsory. If your child decided they do not want the lunch on any given day, parents/carers are welcome to provide a packed lunch instead.
