HAF Funded Spaces - Please contact us on 01530 242 240 or holidays@mesports.co.uk to book your FREE spaces.

• Parents and carers of children recorded on their school’s data system as in receipt of income-related FSM will automatically receive an email and/or text including a link to their eligibility voucher.

• This will come from Hello@holidayactivities.com

• The voucher will also include a unique 16 digit eligibility code and instructions to share this code with their HAF provider. The code is valid for Summer 2026 only.

• Eligible children can access a maximum of 16 HAF funded days over the summer holiday, this includes their lunch.

Although the food is free of charge to HAF eligible children, it is not compulsory. If your child decided they do not want the lunch on any given day, parents/carers are welcome to provide a packed lunch instead.

MONDAY - Jacket Potato with Beans and/or Cheese, Salad Bowl, Fruit Pot & Bottle of Water

TUESDAY - Ham, Cheese or Tuna Toastie, Vegetable Sticks, Yoghurt & Bottle of Water

WEDNESDAY - Chilli or Vegetarian Chilli and Rice, Salad Bowl, Cookie & Bottle of Water

THURSDAY - Ham, Cheese, Tuna or Turkey Sub, Packet of Crisps, Fruit Bear YoYo & Bottle of Water

FRIDAY - Hot Dog or Vegetarian Hot Dog with Chips, Vegetable Sticks, Cupcake & Bottle of Water
